digital sound out of ipod
am i to understand that when you connect the ipod the hu via the usb, you're pretty much getting pure digital out. i'm not too impressed with ipod's DAC, so if i'm able to pipe out pure digital and have the hu do the DAC, then maybe i'll be better.
are there any non-ipod hu's out there? i like the same direct connection with say zune, or creative zen or even a hard-drive via usb.
speaking of which, you have you guys tried direct hd via usb to hu with any success?
