iPhone ---> BOSE
I'm about to drive to the beach, so I got a tape adapter, plugged it in, and wedged the iPhone into the cubby like so...

I'd rather have a tasteful solution but my eyes are buggy from looking for better possibilities. Finding an adapter that will let me control the music from the bose HU is step 1. The only iPhone adapter I found in these forums says it's for 2004 350Zs and up. Mine is a 2003 with factory bose.
Step 2 is finding/building a nice tasteful docking station for the iphone, preferably where it sits flush in the cubby somehow so it doesnt stand up right where my arm rests. For gods sakes why do they even offer those stupid phone holders with FM transmitter? Worse solution ever.
If I can't find anything next week, I'll be embarking a DIY project for my spring break and post photos for you guys.

You might want to look into an aftermarket radio as well.
I have a Kenwood DDX712, a bracketron window bracket that holds my BB Bold; I use that just for charging, for GPS, or to plug my stereo to RCA (into my Kenwood) so I can listen to saved music or streaming radio (slacker or flycast) from my Bold on my Kenwood.
