Yes. I was talking about the double din mount. The trim ring looks better in that picture than the others I have seen. Maybe it is just the picture.

can anyone confirm whether alpine spr-17s component speakers will have enough depth clearance to fit in the front door with 1" spacers? I want to make a decision on my speakers here soon

Got two more questions for you guys... which dash trim kit is the one for double din navi's like the pioneer avics? (not the two din slot design, the one where it takes up the entire space of the stock radio.... most pictures show only the two din slot design that has one pocket and one din)

And Metra 70-7550 for the harness to run the bypass, correct?

the single din is unversal for single and double din, the middle plastic piece just needs to be cut out and it will fit you DD unit

Just to confirm then, the Metra #99-7602 is the correct one? Or is it the 99-7402? I think the 7402 looks like the right one

The 1" spacers are pretty much a must if you want to put better speakers in the stock location, and without using door pods. Plus, it's only like $20.

Needed them for my MB Quarts

Search for "American International radio kit" and you will get plenty.

hey spork (or anyone else that has them), where did you buy your 1" thick speaker adapters from? I searched ebay and none of them state how thick they are...

Thanks. This is the best looking mount I have seen so far. They sell these everywhere. Here is the link of the company if anyone is interested: http://www.americaninternational.net/default.asp
