I have a pioneer I'll sell you for $100 bones, it fits your criteria perfectly. DEHP4700MP is the model, and I used it for like 6 months. If not mine I would still stick with Pioneer as they are a brand I have used for years with zero problems. Oh ya if you are legitimately interested I'll post some pics for ya. LMK

Kenwood KDCMP442U Retail $160.00 Will do everything you asked for. I would recommend the KDCBT742U because it does everything you asked for plus has bluetooth built in for $220.00

short questions:
1. is the ipod connection cable behind the radio, so its hidden?
2. does the radio come with this ipod connection cable, or do I have to buy it seperately?

The Ipod connection is on the front on both units. All you have to do is use the cord that came with the Ipod, but you can also use the KCAIP101
