i have the factory Nissan navigation system. If i put an aftermarket deck in, will I lose the voice guidance function?

I dont want to lose this, as it takes away the point of the Nav.

I cant get any firm yes, or no's on this.

i believe you will loose the voice ... but its not so bad...
we dont need no stinking voice !

there's a thread that will tell you how to wire the voice back into an aftermarket deck. yes, you will lose it if you choose that route, there's two ways explained in the thread to put the voice back in the nav.
