Need help asap!!!

so I was installing a after market head unit and everything worked fine and I was finishing the install and every thing stopped working. Checked the fuses and my wiring and even put the stock one back in and it didn't work. I also noticed that the gauges don't light up and my tps light came on.

Did you disconnect the battery when you were installing? If not, you should have. Check your fuses.
