Default Pioneer is announcing four new navigation models

I hope this is the right section....

New York — Pioneer will unveil four new in-dash navigation models at a dealer meeting this Saturday, June 13, including a $600 (street price) bare bones navigation/CD player and a new top-of-the-line $1,600 voice-

The Pioneer 600
activated navigation/DVD that competes against the Ford Sync, said industry members.

Pioneer did not respond to TWICE inquiries seeking confirmation.

Although priced well below comparable navigation models from top brands, Pioneer’s new entry navigation model AVIC 310BT is not expected to be a “disruptive” product as it bears stripped-down features, such as a 4.3-inch screen and CD player, industry sources say. Other top brands offer a DVD player and larger screen closer to 6 inches or higher and sell at street prices starting generally around $899, said retailers.

The new AVIC 310 is supposed to include Parrot Bluetooth as do all the new Pioneer navigation models, said the industry sources. Two step-up models will carry street prices of $899 and $1099, and the top-of-the-line model will offer navigation/DVD, Bluetooth and 7-inch screen plus voice activation, industry sources.

Other details will be revealed by Pioneer at its Long Beach, Calif.-based Road Show on Saturday.

yah they had voice activation with the previous F-series garbage units. If these are anything like those I wouldn't touch them with a 10 foot pole until after a year so they get the problems worked out. The kinks aren't even worked out of the previous ones... looks like they just moved on, hopefully these will be better...

Now that ive seen all of the models...I dont think its worth paying that extra 300 bucks. I dont see anything worth the price accept maybe the possible bootup times?
