can i run 2 sets of RCA's, power wire, speaker wire, and remote wire all through the center console? or will some set of wires cause inference with others?

You're not getting any responses because it's such a simple question. You should do a search to find your answers.

That being said, do not run your power wires next to your RCA (or other low-level) wires. As for speaker wires, it doesn't really matter; run them next to RCAs or power wires.

Power wires, although direct current, may carry alternator “noise.” Do not tape them to other wires.

You can run them along side one another with no problem. In fact, many harnesses use this configuration.

Rules say the power wires should be run apart from the signal wires. Considering we don't know if you're running differential signal wires, how well everything is shielded, how close they are, or anything else, it's hard to suggest breaking the rules.

What you choose to do because it's an easier install ... is up to you. At least when (if?) you get the alternator whine, you'll know where to look.
