I recently got an 03 Touring model with the Bose stereo. I'm fairly happy with the sound but there doesn't seem to be much sound coming from the rear speakers. Adjusting the fade control seems to make very little difference in sound. Does it sound like ther is something wrong or is this normal for this system?

 

yes it's normal

 

Did you fade fully to the rear, and you don't hear much more volume from the rears in a "full-fade-to-rear?"

Yes, I turned the fade all the way too the rear. I did hear more volume from the rear but not like other systems I've had where most sound came from there and very little from the front. The sound from the front speakers was still much greater than from the rear.
