Can you put a 350Z nav system in another 350z that came without one??

You can but you'll need the wire harness for a car with Nav and a ECU for a car with Nav... Etc.

If you search the forums one person has reported making the swap and getting it to work. If I recall correctly the person said they would not attempt it a second time.
