Will upgrading a head unit void the man / ext. warranty?

Hi all,
I searched but couldnt find an answer to my question : Would upgrading my head unit void the manufacturer / extended warranty ?

I dont own a 350z yet, (want to know in order to choose the right trim..) but I assume it have the standard Nissan man. warranty.
