Well, I have a CS Performance model. I was interested in just tints and sound system modifications. For a system, I know that I need a good Head Unit, and I want an 8" or 10" sub(for the stock location behind the driver seat), so I will need a good amp. The car has 6 speakers, and I'll have to upgrade those(Do these speakers need an additional amp for themselves??). Basically, I just want some information of what exactly would be a good buy, brands and sizes. I would appreciate some help from those that are in the know and/or have a nice overall system. I was looking to spend less than $1k. Thank you.

 

That's exactly what I did and I'm happy for now.

Got the tints done at 35% (Amazing how they computer cut them now a days)

For the sound system I did the following:

Alpine 9813
Metra Dash Kit
CC wiring harnesses (Nissan to Universal & Universal to Alpine)
2 sets of Infinity Kappa 62.5i
Infinity Basslink
Lightning Audio Amp wiring kit (for the Basslink)
Altezza short antenna

Sounds and looks awesome.

All this installed myself (except tints) came out to $950.

HU has 60x4 watts and is powering the kappas. Basslink has 200 watt amp. For me this is good enough.
