Default Good Radar Detectors

Hey guys just wondering what are some good radar detectors that are not too expensive? I know that the Valentine One is a good one but it is like $400, also if anyone wants to sell a good radar detector, please let me know.

I too am in the market for a radar detector. I will either go with a V1 or an escort redline. In terms of radar detectors, you get what you pay for..

+1 for V1. Although I've heard good things about the escort as well. The arrows and counter on the V1 are handy sometimes.

Escort is selling refurbished passport 8500's on Ebay. At $150 each, with factory warranty, this is the best bang for the buck out there right now.
