Most people say the Bose system sucks, but how suck is it? How does it compared to other stock systems. What is it sound closest to? I've heard that the 2000 Eclipse stock system is pretty good, so how does it compared to that.

 

My wife has a 2003 Altima with the factory Bose and it sounds 10 times better than the Bose in my Z.
She used to brag about it until I upgraded my speakers and amps. Now she wants an upgrade.

 

Yeah the BOSE system is not that great.
My beater (Integra) sounds better with a 10inch in the back and 2 speaker in the front (the rest are blown).

But the nice part of it is the 6 CD changer. Very nice.

I'm wondering how many people actually use the casset deck. I've never used it yet.

 

The cassette door is where you insert the MP3 player adapter.

 

I've used my "cassette" maybe 4 times in the 4 months that I've had my Z.

 

I had a 2000 Eclipse GT (Premium Audio System). It was much better than the Bose pre-fix.
