Question for those with Nav.... and a cell phone
Where the hell are you supposed to put the damn thing?! lol
Every car I've had has always had a convenient cubby right in front of the shifter when I could throw random stuff like my cell phone yet I could still see it and hear it if it rang. There's no such thing on the Z... argggggg. Just wondering what everyone else does. Are there any good cell phone holders you can buy? Any other solution?

Here is a way, but it only works if you swap-out your OEM H/U with a superior aftermarket H/U.
It’s annoying that just about every storage bin in the 350z is behind the driver. I wonder who designed such a flawed system. Even going back as far as 2003, cell phones were common, but there is no way to place a cell phone for quick access in a 350z.
But… It’s easy to load two sets of golf clubs into the back of any Z. Maybe priorities?

I had a similar problem with my Iphone and it flying out of the coin holder in my Z.
I went to the store and bought a cell-phone holder similar to the above listed ones and I removed the back of the holder and replaced it with velcro.
I've had it for over a year without any issues and since it's adjustable you can fit any phone in that same location. The phone doesn't move whatsoever.
DIY FTW!!

I have an aftermarket head unit w/ bluetooth, so I just keep my cell phone in my pocket with bluetooth turned on and I can answer calls through the head unit. It's a peeve of mine seeing people driving around holding a cell phone to their ear, there are many cheap hands free solutions out there so there is no excuse not to go hands free. I have an iPhone, so if i want to play music from the phone I place the phone in the cupholder that pops out of the dash and connect the USB cable. If you would like you can give me your nav system and you'll have a cubby to store your phone in

Yes KUDA mount is the way to go, however its a little expensive, especially if you have an Iphone or blackberry, close to $200 for the whole kit but work well so if you drive a lot and need your phone a lot it can be worth it to some people. Me, i just use the cup holder haha
