can someone please tell me where they bought the materials needed for installation of a single din in the Z? sorry im noob at audio... or can u tell me websites or brand names for the materials needed? anything will help, thanks

go to circuit city. You'll need the metra kit (do a search for the part number cause I don't remember) and a wire harness to plug your new HU to the stock wiring.

I have one slightly use Metra kit for 350z. I can ship tomorow morning for $20 to you...

$20? thats a bit expensive no? Most shops sell them under $20 new. I know mine does.

The AAMP kit is hands down the best ive seen. I had mine dyed to match perfectly, but the color it comes in is not too far off (much better than the shiny black metra)

thanks for the input guys, i decided to go with with an AAMP painted from a local shop in san diego. runs around 30 for everything, i have a couple new questions tho...
do you guys know where i can find a premade sub enclosure that fits nicely under the strut? and wuts a normal price for sub+amp+hu installation at a shop? also most people go with 10 inch subs right?
