You may not have a factory amp.
If your car is equipped with an OEM Clarion setup, you don't have an external factory amp. If your car has the OEM Bose setup, you have an external Bose amp that you never want to use.
If you have an aftermarket external amp, that's probably what you want to use since it's probably designed for your aftermarket SubW.

If you have the OEM Bose system, and you are happy with this, don’t change anything. By this I mean you should not, for example, replace the stock Bose SubW amp with a different amp and leave the Bose SubW speaker in place.
The OEM Bose setup is a tightly integrated system that is proprietary. It’s difficult to replace any part of this setup with aftermarket components and get a reliable result. If you replace any part of the OEM Bose system in the Z, you should replace all of it.
The exception (and this is arguable) is replacing the H/U. But, doing this requires a PAC adapter and the new setup might leave you with annoying speaker “pops,” and you still have the low quality Bose amp and Bose speakers.
I hope this is helpful,
