Update 2 - Had Advanced Auto Parts do an overnight deep cycle charge and test it again. They said it didn't pass, but I installed it back in the car and it's been working great. I think they just entered the wrong amps figure into the tester.
The print out says CCA should be 1380, Actual 464. According to Braille website CCA should be 550, so I'm not that far off. 1380 is the listed figure for Pulse Cranking Amps not CCA.

Yah, the battery is still "good" just won't have the full capacity that it did before and will die quicker.
I had one in my winter car that lasted about 2 years, even being about 150cca lower than it's rating
