Default Nakamichi HU but need CD changer

Is there anyway to hook up a reasonably cheaper CD changer to my Nakamichi HU? I have a CD 400. Not sure I understand how this all works. I don't need my HU to control the changer but I don't want to use FM modulation.

Good question. I'm sure someone will post a solution for you just not me. I was just wondering why you didn't go for the in dash changer with receiver? (forget the model no.) I looked at them a while back but ended up going with Eclipse HU & changer for my 87. I really like the Nakamichi though & will probably end up with the receiver/changer in dash for my 91.

Do you mean the MB100? I had to keep costs down and the CD 400 has the matching amber lights as well as detachable face.
