Default Preinstall cables for sub amp

I just bought the Pioneer deh-p6200bt. I plan to do the install in small increment (system). At this point, I am not sure about running the amp for the speakers, but for sure a sub.

I am planning to pre-install the rca interconnect and remote wire (for the sub) ahead of time and just cap them off so down the road I can use them. Is this correct without any issue?

Its been a while I hook up the system.

yes you can and at the same time run your power wire also. It really doesnt make sense not hooking your front stage up to an amplified source for one your H/u doesnt produce enough power to supply the speakers with any decent sound so at a minimum get a 4ch amp and run everything. Dont waste your time with coaxials, components are the way to go.
