Default how do you guys run the cable for subs and amp?

Can you guys tell me where you guys hide the cables? I'm thinking to get 1 x 10w6v2 with JL Audio XD600/1. If you guys have any recommendation let me know. I'm planning to install them by myself. I'm planning to hide amp in the glove-box behind passenger seat and I have no idea how to run cables.

I rather let someone do it but most of the audio shop that I know do really crappy job from my bad experiences. So, I decided to install them by myself. If you guys can provide me with links or pics that would be great because I can't find anything about how you guys hide those cable.

Okay how are you going to say a shop does a bad job when you don't know how to "hide" cables?

I'm all about helping newbies but why talk smack when you have no clue man?

If you don't know how to hide your wires, how do you expect to wire up a stereo? You do know this isn't as easy as plugging in some speakers to your computer.

Damn guys help him out a LITTLE.

You can run it through the harness boot just behind the battery. At least that is what I did. Use a wire hanger taped to the power cable and punch a tiny hole through the boot. The go inside, pull the kick panel, lower door sill and rear quarter plastic. Pull the tray from the cglove box and you can grab it with your hand,. The rest is up to you. You don't even need any tools other than the hanger if you have pulled panels before.

BTW, I'm running an old school Memphis ST-100D with an unregulated power supply with no external cooling and two Rockford P3 12" in a sealed box in my glove box for 3 years running now.

I'd like to see how you have them installed if you have pics (not thread jacking...) I have 1 RF p3 10" and barely enough room to give it .75 airspace in a sealed box, but I haven't really tore anything out of the car to do it.

The reason I'm talking badly about the shop was I found out later that I got dents on the window frame when I was installing alarm system in my car. I saw them banging on those spots to test the alarm didn't notice when I was at shop. After awhile those car alarm cables are coming out from the side.

I'm sure I can figure how to install the system this is not the hard part for me. I just want to see how you guys do hide the wires so that I can have better idea for me to do clean wiring
