what is this part?
can somebody tell me what is that part which located in the left side of the trunk & its made by Clarion? & what its function? sorry i couldnt attached a pic because of the large size of the file
^^ Without a picture of the device, I can only guess. My guess it is either a Sirius/XM satellite tuner or a Clarion external amplifier.

do u mean that the radio got a separate amp from the large amp n the trunk? u know why im asking, its because sometimes i got driver side speakers disconnected only with CD player but with radio they r workin fine
ok just now i made a small search & i found that its a signal amp, doesnt related to the sound. but still i dunno why the system s workin fine with the radio & the driver side speakers r disconnected with the CD player ?
The picture you posted is the Clarion OEM antenna amplifier. The only function of this device is to increase gain on the antenna. The radio in the H/U won’t work if you disconnect this part (what you show in your picture).
This amplifier is not an external amp that delivers power to your car’s speakers.
The problem you describe…
…has nothing to do with this part. Your problem with the CD player is a known fault in the OEM Clarion H/U, and it’s best fixed by replacing the H/U.
