Hello I am wondering if the Boss ph2.1000 amp will be able to work with 2 pioneer ts-w259d4's. Specs below

Max Power Rating:
2 ohms: 1000 watts x 2 chan.

pioneer sub:
10" Dual 4 ohm Champion Series Subwoofer
Power Handling:
Peak: 1,200 watts
RMS: 350 watts
Impedance: Dual 4 ohm

hopefully this will be installed along with the zenclosure and a jvc kd-r620 head unit
