Default Universal Parking Brake Bypass $1

Got a new Z and had to reinstall my system. I have the Pioneer AVH-P3100DVD and this unit makes you go the extra mile before you can watch a movie while in motion (you can't just ground the Parking Brake Wire)... There is a relay fix for this but I had been using a toggle switch to trick the unit. For my reinstall, I purchased a Momentary Off Switch (On-Off-On) on eBay for $1 and grounded one terminal and connected the other to the Parking Brake Wire on the unit. I mounted the switch below and to the right of the steering wheel.

This is a pretty clean, universal fix for any DVD player. The momentary switch provides a constant ground and when pressed will block the ground connection momentarily to trick the unit. Thought I would post this up as a cheap alternative for everyone...

did you not use the relay method because you already had a hole drilled for a switch?
