Angry should I accept this??

I just recieved my car from the audio installer and i had a custom box built under the stb, the vinyl trim panels dont really lineup that well, the front one rises above the gap or top of air space. The back one keeps falling off when i brake hard!! Is it normal for everything to somewhat not line up exactly. (a little but noticable)
becaus if not i paid $500 and will be *#@!:#.
i will post pics tom.

a good installer will not let your car go until its right, and everything lines up perfectly. THese guys do exist, but there aren't many left. A good installer will take pride in his work, and will not call any install complete until it looks perfect. Go back, and make them fix it...they have to !

Stuff flying around the car when driving is a bad idea. Your installer should realize this. Take it back, make him fix it.

Went with the W7? Are you FINALLY happy with the sound?

BTW...most places warranty the install for the life of the car. You should have no problem. I'm guessing that he made the front higher so that it would look more flush or something. Also, since the back falls off under hard braking, I would assume that the box is not mounted securely, and the trim is getting caught on something. Make sure that box doesn't move AT ALL, or else you'll be real sad sooner or later.

Anyway, talk to the installer, and post back with what he says. Remember...he SHOULD fix the vinyl and secure the box.
