Default Speakers make high pitch noise then pop

Stereo setup:
Avic 710BT
JL 300/4 amp
4 alpine speakers at 75w each [dont remember the model]

I've had my stereo installed and working just fine for about a year now and zero issues until recently. My speakers on startup sometimes (not on every startup) make a very high pitch noise and then within about 10-20 secs they will pop and then be fine. Only happens once and then everything is normal.

Wire loose? bad ground? I just wanna hear some thoughts before I go rip my whole interior out and find out and not forget anything.

Edit:
My ground is hooked up to my passenger seat.

I think i might of found my answer. I didn't setup my rears with the crossovers that were supplied and the rears are trying to play highs when they cant.

it sounds like a bad ground somewhere, or a fuse issue. if it is ground to your passenger seat, did you first take the black paint off of the metal? that could be an issue.
