I was just looking into some of the iPhone apps that use the wireless/bluetooth OBD connectors... the reviews have me little concerned for the $100-$150 needed to get things going.
You don't need to spend that much money. There is an Android app that is called "Torque"
There is a free version and a pro version that only costs about $5.
All you need is to buy a bluetooth OBDII dongle and you are good to go. Should be able to find one for around $50.
