I googled, yahooed, crutchfielded, and searched but I cannot find any adapters.

Its a 03 non bose with none of those cat/cd/sat buttons.

I found usa spec but its does not work with my radio.

Anything else out there?

 

I personally woul;d just put a new headunit in.

Get one from crutchfield for $100 and you get a free wiring harness and din kit. Plus it will sound better.

 

headunits are so cheap these days, it makes more sense to replace the stock HU.
Plus you get more. I guess your point would be "i want the OEM look". Most start out saying that but give up in the end

 

I installed an adaptor that plugs into the back of the stock stereo. I ran the cable to come up through the coin tray. It's just a headphone jack, not an apple connector though.

I loved it. It was all stock and I got a retracting cable that I kept inside the coin tray.

 

Head down to your nearest best buy or buy one of these online...
