Default Location of Bose antenna that plugs into head unit?

Forgive my lack of audio knowledge, a while ago I was trying to fix my nav door and in the process of reinstalling the middle console I severed the antenna wire that plugs into the back of the head unit. Finally warm enough today to remove trunk lining, etc...and it's not there! Only the power wire leading from the antenna up to the head unit. Is there a normal antenna wire somewhere? I'm hoping so, I just picked up a 10 foot cord from autozone in hopes it would be a simple plug n play...any help appreciated!

What thread did you use to to fix your nav door? Mine is broken as well and I want to close it. Im not a big fan of OE navs.

The nav door is an absolute joke on this car. I took it out, filed the teeth on the gear and tested it with a 9v battery while our of the car. I put it back in and it's gets stuck half way down again. What a POS! I'm at wits end with it...might hook up some wire and run it down under the center console and keep a 9v in the car to manually raise and lower it.

On my 2003, the antenna wire is acutally a flat black two part wire that looks similar to a set of RCA's. If memory serves, it runs across the console, thru one of the two holes on metal piece behind seats, up and out the drivers side cubby then back down and along the floor to the drivers side rear. The antenna has a booster box on it behind the drivers side rear wheel well right where the antenna is located. Hope this helps!

thanks guys, i ended up following the wire from the dash all the way back to the antenna...what a PITA removing all the plastic. well turns out its not a normal antenna wire...there is a plug that can be seen if you take out the passenger side top cubby hole, there the antenna connects with the booster mounted in the trunk. needless to say i couldnt connect a normal antenna wire there, i ended up splicing the stock wire with a new wire i bought. have to do this very carefully as the stock antenna wire is extremely thin...not the ideal thing to do but it works...twist the inner cores together carefully, and the braded section as well, then taped them up. then wrapped them in tin foil and taped again. sounds as good as new.
