Need new tweeters under $100... Help
I have been reading around and SEAS DXT seem to get really good reviews but I don't think they will fit with what I am working with.
I need a 1" tweeter with about 1/2" - 3/4" inch mounting depth.
I am mounting them in the OEM locations in the doors in my 350Z.
I am replacing my blown JBL MS62C Tweeters that I was running passively
I am powering the components with a PPI p900.4 2 channels run the compents and the other two are bridged to a 10" RE Sub.
Any suggestions would be great.
I listen to all kinds of music, dubstep, rock, R&b, and pretty much anything else that everyone else is listening to.
I would really appreciate your help I can decide what i want to get. And I want to be able to clearly listen to it loudly.

Thanks in advance.
Also what is the max mounting depth in the OEM location?

You tried calling JBL and asking if they can send you a replacement? If youre running them passively you're risking the crossovers might not work as effectively for the new tweets. That said, Seas is a great brand, as well as Vifa and Dayton.
Also, how did you blow BOTH of your tweeters?

I have no idea but they both went out at the same time. I'm going to wait for my amp to come back from repair before replacing the tweeters because the next day the amp went out so maybe it was something in that frequency range in the amp. and no Ill have to try calling JBL because I would really just like them back.
