I have done quite a bit of searching and FSM checking so I think I know the answer, but are any year non-Bose vehicle pre-wired for a satellite radio tuner? I read that if radios have the "Radio" button they should work, but most of the information was either contradictory or not clear cut. I know from my Infiniti experience that any G's 03.5+ are wired for a sat radio tuner install. I do not want to install an aftermarket audio unit so I would like to keep OEM and install Sat radio and Ipod interface.

There are aftermarket modules that can integrate Sat radio and iPod into your stock headunit. So, whether it is pre-wired or not for Sat radio, it doesn't matter because you'll need a tuner either way (aftermarket or dealer). Aftermarket would be the cheaper route..

 

I am aware of that. I would prefer to stick with OEM because I get it dirt cheap and have had great success with that module in my old G35 and my current Titan.
