Default Need Opinion on Price!!

Its been awhile since I have purchased any car stereo equipment, so I am a little out of touch w/ prices. This saturday I have an appointment to install the following:

MB Quart DSE 216 components

MB Quart DKD 116 Coaxial 6 1/2's

Alpine 9825 headunit

Alpine XM receiver

I got the stereo shop to take back the Delphi XM modulator that my girlfriend got me for christmas, and apply that $ to the items above. With installation of these items along w/ my old amplifier, the grand total including tax is $750.

Now while I know you can get it done for less money, I have dealt w/ this shop for years and they do very clean installations and have great customer service/support. Therefore, I don't mind paying a little more to get the job done right, but I am not sure if I am totally getting rammed on the price. Please let me know what you guys think!

Thanks

750 is ALOT assuming you're using stock locations (nothing custom). half of that is OK.
