weird button under steering wheel??

Default weird button under steering wheel??

so theres this weird button underneath my steering wheel, where my left knee would be when sitting..

would anybody happen to know wtf this button is for? its wired up still but seems to do nothing..

It appears the wires go over behind the kick to get power from the fuse box, then it runs up into the dash. See if you can stick you noggin in there by the pedals and see where the wires run to.

I've never seen a box with a button switch on it like that before.

Haha I was following the same thought! Use it responsibly OP!

On a srs note, years back I had a truck that had an aftermarket alarm system installed by the PO. To actually start the truck you had to depress that small black button then push the clutch in and THEN turn the key to start the truck lol

maybe a kill switch for aftermarket alarm or something

Burnout button to cut the fuse for the rear tail lamps?

If you press it do your brake lights stop working?

prob a switch to use with remote start... that way you remind yourself to put car in neutral when you push the button or flip switch

don't push that button, it could be a transponder. ( the government wants to know where you've been). OR that switch sends a signal to your speedometer so it will tell you that you are going faster than you really are.
