I just installed Infinity Reference T103 tweeters and there's this white noise / hissing coming out even without music playing.

I am running a Parrot head unit with PAC-ROEM2 adapter with a Bose amp. I installed the resistors on the tweeters that came in the box. The PAC has gains that I've turned all the way down but the hissing is somewhat still there.

Has anyone had this problem and solved it?
