Replace roof bluetooth microphone

Hello guys,
How to open factory tel microphone box for replace orig microphone? I buy aftermarket audio unit with custom microphone system.
I do not want to destroy.

Yes, thank you for your response. I know this method. But i like check first to use factory microphone box

I've got it. The only way is remove completely headliner and pillars.
