Sony mystery deck

There are some threads on here showing one, maybe 2 guys who have bought and installed a sony wx-7700 MDX head unit.Anyone found it for a better price? Does it play mp3 cd roms??

I got a used one on ebay for <400. No, no mp3, but I plan on doing PC/nav/mp3 later anyway, and it's the only deck that looks right in the car, IMO
