Default Nissan Rogue oem Head Unit in a Z...

I tryed looking online and in the forums and can't find anything. I believe it's a Clarion model number is PP-3135B. Has anyone tryed this? Can it be done? Is it plug and play? Is there a harness that can be used to conver the plug on the 350z? My oem non-bose HU is busted. Won't play discs. And I really like the look of oem. Plus it seems to have ipod integration. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Or, you can buy virtually ANY aftermarket headunit and get better sound and more features.

No one has tried to install a Rogue headunit in a Z. It's possible it might fit, but you'll need to examine the plugs at the back of each headunit. There's simply no other way around that, and the other issue to consider is the curvature of the front face of the headunit. Hold it up next to a Z33 double DIN unit and I bet it won't have the same contours.

I just replaced the wife's OEM head unit in her 2009 Rogue SL. It's not compatible with the 350Z by any stretch of the imagination.

Clarion makes excellent A/V components for automobiles. However, Nissan’s OEM Clarion components (H/U, amplifiers, and speakers) are generally lower quality/lower cost. You should not swap in a Nissan OEM Clarion component.
