Radio, gauge/dash lights, power mirrors not working

I’m the owner of a 2004 350z. Yesterday my gauge/dash lights, radio, and power mirrors quit working. I thought I was a blown fuse at first, checked them all and they are fine. I noticed tonight that the only time these would
work is when my headlights are ON. Any solution? As soon as I shut my headlights off I have no power to any of these.

So this just started out of nowhere? You didn't just install something, correct? Have you checked the headlamp relay and grounds? Have you checked the IPDM?
