Default Aftermarket Stereo Wiring

I'm a fairly recent Z owner, just bought an '04 all stock and looking to make minor upgrades to it. Working on the wiring process for a new stereo today, I came across a problem with color matching. Every list or diagram I have found lists the amp turn-on as a green/yellow wire. This color is not on the car's current wiring harness, and I've accounted for every wire except one which is red/yellow, but nervous about crimping it anyway and hoping it works. Lastly, the aftermarket stereo I bought has a ground wire, yet there is no ground in the harness as far as I can tell, so I am confused as to what I should do to complete the process. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Do you have the OEM Bose system? If not, you may not have an amp remote wire in the factory harness.

As far as ground is concerned, I've always found it good practice whenever installing an aftermarket head unit to always make that connection to body ground on the chassis.
