Angry Fat Mat Alert!!!!!

Just a heads up. Ordered fatmat from the fatmat website on 1.20.04, received nothing to date. Tried emailing over 7 times, no reponses. I also called the number listed on the website, its voicemail stating that they are closed, and voicemail is full. I think they went under.

That is too bad if they went under, I used their product and liked it. Hope you get a refund.

me too, FATMAT is good stuf, and cheap. Every bit as good as standard Dynamat. The people that run the site are very slow, and they state on their website (or in EBay auctions) that it takes 10-15 days processing before they ship. I had mine in 3 weeks... however, if you ordered in Jan, you should have gotten it by now...be sure to do a chargeback before the 60 days limit goes into effect on CC payments.

* I ordered Fatmat on Feburary 20th.
* I emailed them asking for the tracking number on the Feb 23rd.
* I got a reply asking me if it could be under a different name they have no record of it even though I forwarded the fatmat.com processing information of my CC in my original email.
* I said cancel the order if you cannot ship it out within a week
* I got another reply stating I should see it Mon or Tues (I am in PA, this company is in PA, delivery should be 1 day)
* Its now Friday, no fatmat, no tracking #, I've had my car apart for over a week waiting, the speakers are in, the headunit, amp, sub, etc, grrr
* Now I'll need to buy dynamat from the local store for outrageous money when I could have gotten it on-line much cheaper just so I can have my car back together

Thanks fatmat!

Sorry to hear that. I bought mine though ebay. Maybe they do better turn around on those orders.

Bought 20 sq feet of Xtreme Dynamat at Tweeter, way overpriced $158 out the door, however it was more than enough I still have about 5 sq feet left for what I needed it for, I did both doors fully and just about anywhere I could place a half square foot pieces I did. So I don't think anyone would need the 100 sq foot bulk pack unless your ripping up carpents or putting under the hood or such...

I have about 40 feet left over from my 100. Of course I covered a lot.
