Very nice setup. I guess I gotta buy one before I am convinced that they work. I never owned one and the detectors I did see operating were the $99 units from like Western Auto or somewhere.

So what else can be added to that system for protection? Are their any other pieces? Any other type of detectors/jammers?

Keep in mind, that more and more police/state patrol units are switching to laser, and the truth is, there is little to no protection available against those. Jammers do NOT work the way you would want them to. For the real scoop, instead of visiting the manufacturers' sites, go to www.radartest.com. They have the best, most unbiased tests on all radar detectors/laser jammers. The latter have clearly been shown to only work under "ideal" conditions, and even then, at close range, they are completely useless.

Finally, as another member pointed out, radar jammers are ILLEGAL. Use them only if you don't mind being led away from your Z in handcuffs.
