I personally like it a lot. But it really depends on what you are wanting in a system. The problem I feel is that you cannot get down into the really low Hz range because of the speaker type put in the enclosure. The W3 is good, but not that good. If you are looking for some really hard, deep bass then you should think about Nazar's box with a 10W7 thrown into it. Just one of those babies would blow this box away.
If you are not one of those people that like to crank it and have it advertised for three blocks, then it might be right for you. The box has an awesome fit, and I love how you can bolt it to the frame. I feel a lot better having a system that cannot be lifted out of my hatch by any guy with a crowbar.

Thanks- I still have some time to think about it, Nazars box is pretty clean looking too. stealth does have a nice fit by the looks of it.
I have to get my Kappas in, and put an amp on those first.
Any amp suggestions? I like the JL 4 channel 75x4

The stealth box is works fine. I had 4X 10" subs in my old Honda so it is hard for me to compare it. I have heard W7's before and think that they sound better than the W3's. The JLbox fits great and you still have full access to the spare tire, which is more than I can say for my old Honda. I didn't like the fact that the JL box had 2 subs and came wired with a 4ohm load, so I had 2 new leads ran to each speaker and use 2 separate amps to power it. It doesn't hit as low as I would like but I can jump the windshield wiper off the back window when its cranked! For regular listening it works fine. Everybody that has been in my car has been impressed.
