Default LCD Screen Install- Power Question

I've used the search and found very little information on how to power an LCD screen. I know i can tap the light green wire off the big plug but is there any other way?

Any help would be appreciated.

I was a bit suprised to see that so many people have done this but there was not no clear instructions on how to power an LCD.

Maybe this is all intuitive....

If you're installing a PC you can power the screen using the PC power supply. Otherwise you could use ACC but run it through a 12v regulator to make sure you don't kill it.
