today i installed a pioneer dvd/cd player with 7" screen. it really wasnt what i wanted so i took it out and put my old HU back in. after connecting my old unit back up i cant get any power to it. i connected a stock HU to see if maybe it was my HU but it wasnt. all the fuses are good. can anyone help me out with this? has anyone else experienced this? thanks
Did you use a wiring harness? If not you must have cut wires, check them. If you used a harness make sure none of the wires were pulled out. Obviously you hooked your battery back up (not trying to be wise, but i've done things that foolish). I'm at a loss? Sorry I couldn't give you better advice...

I would say your installed did a poor job then and spliced your stock harness. You should be able to unplug the aftermarket harness and plug the stock harness right back in your OEM. If it doesn't work then something was changed on your stock harness.
