Yes but that would be made difficult by Los Angeles traffic and that the Nav screen pops up pretty much over the whole DVD screen. The top screen "thinks" it's in the back seat. You are able to entertain the kids in the back seats while navigating.

Have a look at www.supercircuits.com for your camera needs. Keep in mind that most cameras will not "work" backwards. You need a special camera that displays mirror image pictures for your back-up camera. I tried a normal scanning camera back there and it was too confusing - my brain is use to seeing things in the rear view mirror.

Thanks, I got the camera from Japan via an internet site called japan-direct.com Just email them and tell them the specific model you want. They will email you back with the price shipped to you. It takes a while so be patient! I think they can pretty much get whatever JDM A/V product you want but shipping gets kinda expensive when it is too big.

a 2003 will not fit a 06 model, due to alot of problems fitting, etc. Ive tried it on my 06 with the 03 cluster lid i bought from a forum member and it wouldnt fit, the layout was different with my friends 03 350z. There is a way, you can pay alot of money to get it customed =)... good luck~

but man nice installations.... was it hard?

Can you view the navigation on the Farenheit screen? Or is that only for DVD playback? If thats to vague, can you keep the HD closed and still watch the navigation directions in the cubby?

Paul thanks for the strong write up. I used it step-by-step this weekend when installing my screen. Took maybe 1.5 hrs max.

you cant use the blue wire to power the screen. that just gives a weak power output to power on amps or power antennas. that is not strong enough to power the monitor.

YEs - the cubby is 95% of the plastic bin and the finisher is the little plate that goes in the bottom front right under the screen to cover the screws.
