Looks great man! Quick question, what is the blue trim around the kick pod baffles? I am looking to do a similar install but could never figure out what people use for the trim to make the speakers flush. Also, where can I buy the blue stuff.

Question about the false floor. I would assume that if you’re planning on really pumping the system you remove both of the panels like in this pic to let everything breathe.

So when you have the carpet over the false vinyl floor can or do you carry items on it/on it. Example carry shopping bags? Do you or can you play the sub with the carpet on. I would think that it would restrict the air flow too much wouldn’t it?

I am going to be buying a 350Z soon, I want to install a system but also have some cargo space for shopping ect.

I have a Cavalier Z24 currently, this is what I made for it. (i dont use the trunk for cargo, use the backseat, cant do that in the 350 though, lol)

back from the dead

Well i bought my 350 and i am just about to start my audio install

16psibrick-- i have been searching your installs. Question for you

did you attach the box and amp box to the floor?

is the large trim panel, false floor (silver vinyl) covering the system attached to the sub box and amp frame or is gravity holding it in place. Meaning is it just being held by its own weight?

The white piece of MDF between the sub box and the vinyl trim panel, is it attached to the sub box, if so how.

Thanks

Kevin
