Very interesting piece you've got there! I'm currently designing a fiber glass encloser similar to yours just with an amp rack in front of the strut bar, housing one five chanel Boston Acoustic amplifier, and four Boston Acoustic Z series crossovers from the Z series components. I'll only be using one Boston pro 10 utilizing the same mounting location as yours. The amp rack will consist of three different pieces. The main piece will be wedged in front of the strut bar. The other two will fill in the sides. I designed it this way because i could not glass a one piece encloser that would fit snug and flush with out damaging any panels in the rear. The sub encloser will be just one piece that will be installed before the amp rack. I hope to complete this set up in about three more months being that i will only have time to work on this project at night. I'm still waiting on The Kenwood 915 dvd receivers new release date so i can't complete my system anyway. Again, nice work and i hope everything works out for you.

could we get more pics that show how deep the box is? Air space the 10's need are not shown.
Not to change the subject, but years ago I had a chevette that had 4-10" subs in the back with the amp in the box and carpeted that contoured the hatch of the "chevette"! It took a lot of cubic space to accomidate the speakers. But, the sound was incredible!!! So, I was just wondering with todays tech., are speakers taking less air space? movement of air has not changed , has it? I have the same setup in mind, but the enclosure will span from the back of the tower, almost to the rear of the seats. I also need help wiring the bose unit with rca wires and keeping all other speakers. ( I have come a long way;chev, 2"Z")
There's a big 'ole thread on these boxes. He can make them for one, two, or three subs and finish them with paint, vinyl, etc for additional cost.
I think they're in the $400-600 range depending on number of subs and finish, which is a fair price consider the labor you would do to make something similar.
The only problem is shipping! Must cost an arm and a leg....

ya know, this box is one of my things that i have put in my budget to buy myself next. But it seems so high in price. I told a friend of mine who build these boxes from fiberglass also, and he said that seems a little steep. He says he could save me a couple of hundred! But,.... I have seen none of his work. And the box on this sight has been produced over and over , right? So, experience is the teacher. I REALLY WANT TO GET ONE OF THESE. What kind of warranty comes with this? Being so far away in Kentucky, I need some type of reassurance.

dude,
the box is pretty much unbreakable, i don't know what you need a warranty for, but i am sure Nazar would replace it if anything did happen. As far as the price goes, i do not think it is that steep if you consider all of the work that went into making the box. I saw pictures of how the first template was made and it was a long complicated process.
