Came out of my old Z traded it in with non factory headunit, so need to get rid of it. Has just been sitting for over a year now. Im great shape just a tiny bit dusty. wont fit unless you swap out the whole center console+waterfall.

 

^^ you need to make spacers for behind the radio as well. The 06 waterfall sits about 3/8" farther than the 03 waterfall. I have the 06+ console swapped in my 03.

As far as I know yes you can. As long as you are Bose to Bose it should be fine. Base models (non Bose equipped) are missing amps. I had a 06 Bose but it was damaged in shipping. The CD player was junk, but the radio and my iPhone connection worked fine. Plug and play, ready to go.
