Default Extra "Low Beam" lamps

No matter what I tried ( HID ) low beam just didn't seem acceptable - fitted a pair of "extra" low beam lamps in behind the grill and am much happier with the result. Extra lamps are legal in Victoria ( as long as they are type approved and don't dazzle oncomming drivers ). Will post some photo's and details if anyones interested.

I for one would like to see what you've done. My eyes arent as good as they used to be and I miss the fogs on the Clubbie.

thanks!

As always

RedZed, I'd also be keen to see details and pictures of the extra lamps. Thanks.

The digital camera is an old one and insisted that it use the flash - so contrast is a "bit" poor however.....

Bottom of the lens has been sand blasted to kill the long distance effect

Some beam patters ( again the camera wasn't very co-operative )

Wow. Good mounting location for fog lamps here in California. Wonder if I could find a rocker to fit the hole to the right of my seat warmer switches in my touring. BTW- what goes in those switch holes on other models? Are there stock rockers I can get to fit them?

Doesn't block the flow significantly, and I have removed the two blanking plates that cover the outer ends of the grill. The overall intake area is now significantly greater that before the lamps were fitted.
PS I started with 100W lamps but dropped to 55W as I didn't want too much long distance throw.
