2003 Sydney motorshow ;)
I don't know if anyone wants to go and see this as group in Sydney, but it's an idea?
It would be fun to stop at the HahahaHonda stand and laugh at the integra...well you can stop at most of the stand and have a giggle.
I bet you they will have a riced up Hyundai...
I personaly want to stop at Nissan and give them an ear full...
lol

Just been to the show.........the Roadster looks great with the roof down but absolute sh*t with the roof up. Saw the Crossfire...it looks really short and people were having trouble getting in to it; not enough leg room.....the chick doing the talking for Mazda was explaining how the RX8 was a genuine 4 adult car just as two guys were trying to get into the back of the RX8 with the front seats moved forward...what a joke.....the two adults for the back would have to be land mine victims to get in
Even got the chance to talk to a Nissan person....mentioned the stereo, paint chips, grease smear.....he told me it depended on how I looked after the car whether I got paint chips.....looks like a typical Nissan person

Forgot to tell you the other great story from the Motor show.....one of the Nissan jerks told me that a 4 door 350Z is already being sold in the USA and that Nissan are already selling a Turbo model.....where do they get this from?

I don't know....I'm looking at mine with the top up and looks fine to me. As there was a few showers around this w/e I noticed people looking no matter if the top was up or down...

It has become apparent to me that Nissan Australia believes it's customer base to be ignorant technophobic hicks with no driving experiece prior to the 350z, appart from the tractor in the paddock of course.
Repeat after me....per-so-nal com-pu-ter!
Thats what I think of every time I get off the phone from Nissan.
I went to the show last Fri. The Roadster is dead sexxy with the roof down and an ugly duckling with the roof up (as is the Boxter and all other softtops with their roofs up). The only changes on the Roadster is a modified Sat Nav lid that flips up and dowes not slide in. Therefore prone to being broken off with a stray arm, but I guess also functional as you get a shadow cast by the lid over the screen and this would be necessary on a bright sunny day for the screen to be ledgible. Also, the Roadster has 2 small knee pads that are placed at the drivers and passangers sides of the centre console. Can anyone advise on the weight of the Roadster???
BTW, had a look at the RX8 and 4 normal adults do not fit in that car period. Also the drivers seatbelt is mounted to the rear suicide door, so the back passangers must step over the seatbelt to get in. Not in the least bit gracefull.
